Taking the Blinders Off

Why do I take photos? To me the purpose of the camera, has only one rule for me. It is a tool to frame and highlight something important that is happening. I find with this process, I still can not help but capture an aesthetically pleasing image of the natural world. I keep trying to frame things and highlight the import issues, to help people see with out blinders. I am still on the hunt, as too what is the best way to highlight, either it be chalk, or paint, or a simple gesture but it is clear I need some type of my own system of notation.
