I’m Just One Agent, is a performative piece, walked over 20kms in a series of 5km scheduled guided hikes through Rouge National Urban Park. This series was a guided talk address exotic, native and invasive plant species found commonly in the Park, as I posed as a tour guide. During the hikes, the viewer and myself would under go a discussion of the value of specific plant species and the role we have as humans dispersing seeds by simply walking through a space. At the end of the tour, the participants where asked to scrub the bottom of their shoes into a community jar, of collected seeds, stones our treads picked up and moved on the trail.
