Are we at the point where function an organism plays is more important then specific relationships between one organism to anther? Does a plant species branded as invasive simply have no value at all? Eat Me,  explores the notions of target invasive plant species targeted for their negative impacts on the biodiversity and disrupting the roles and relationships between one ‘native’ organism to anther. Many of these targets species, such as garlic mustard and wild parsnip were gathered from local fields and gardens to the table. They once played an important role for European settlers who once immigrated to Ontario. Eat Me, as the viewer to participate in enjoying in what a species not only founded in our history but also prominent in shaping our future.
